Program terms

1. The program

The Quanto Partner Program lets approved partners recommend the Quanto app with a personal code. These terms are an agreement between you and Star Digital LLC ("Quanto", "we"). By applying you accept them.

We decide at our discretion whether to accept an application. Approval, the code, the discount and the revenue share assigned to you are confirmed by email and shown in your private area.

2. The code and the discount

Your code gives new subscribers a discount of 20% on the yearly and the monthly plan, for as long as their subscription stays active. The discounted price is the nearest price point made available by the App Store and Google Play, so the exact percentage can vary slightly by country.

The code works only for people who are not already subscribed, and only when entered in the app before subscribing. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, never through you.

3. Your revenue share

You earn a percentage, between 10% and 30%, of the net revenue from every payment made by a subscriber who subscribed with your code: the first payment and every renewal, for as long as that subscriber keeps paying. The percentage that applies to you is the one shown in your private area on the day of each payment.

Net revenue is the amount paid by the subscriber minus taxes and the commission of the app store. It is calculated in US dollars from the estimates of our billing platform and can differ slightly from the final amount paid out by the store. Free trials earn nothing until they turn into a payment.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the share earned on it is deducted from your balance, also after it has been paid out.

4. Payouts

We pay the balance earned in a calendar month within 45 days of the end of that month, by PayPal or bank transfer, once it reaches $50. Smaller balances are carried over. Each payout is recorded in your private area.

You are responsible for the taxes due on what you earn, and for giving us correct payout details. We may ask for the information needed to pay you lawfully, such as a tax form or an invoice.

5. What you may not do

You may not: use your own code to subscribe, or have it used by members of your household; publish the code on coupon or deal sites; buy search or social ads on the Quanto name or on misspellings of it; send unsolicited messages; make claims about health, weight loss or medical results; present yourself as Quanto or as one of its employees.

Quanto estimates calories and macronutrients from photos and gives no dietary advice. Please describe it as it is. When you recommend it, tell your audience that you earn from the code, as the advertising rules of your country require.

6. Data

Your private area shows totals only. We never share with you the names, emails or any personal data of the people who used your code. We process the data you give us in your application as described in our privacy policy.

7. Ending the agreement

You can leave the program at any time by writing to us. We can pause or end your participation at any time; if we do so because these terms were broken, shares earned through the violation are forfeited. Otherwise, shares already earned remain due, and revenue from existing subscribers continues to earn your share for as long as the program exists.

We can change these terms or close the program with 30 days notice by email. Changes do not apply to payments made before they take effect.

8. General

You are an independent partner: nothing here creates employment, agency or a joint venture. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the shares earned and not yet paid.

These terms are available in more than one language. If the versions differ, the English one prevails.
